A junior doctor has won the BBC's Masterchef UK title, with a menu of "East meets West" dishes inspired by her Pakistani heritage.
Saliha Mahmood Ahmed, 29, from Watford, beat off fellow-competitors Giovanna Ryan and Steve Kielty.
